Thank you for shopping with Puffcorn LV! We’re excited to send our gourmet puffcorn your way! Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. However we aim to process a lot quicker. During high-volume periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping is available across the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and shipping location.

Estimated delivery time (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at puffcornlv@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) if applicable. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error. We are also not responsible for carrier delivery errors. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it at your expense.
