Due to their perishable nature, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
Refunds
All sales are final and non-refundable. However, if there is an issue with your order (such as receiving the wrong item, or a missing product), please contact us at puffcornlv@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to make it right, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a store credit, at our discretion.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
